Properties
Stenhaga’s property portfolio is gathered under Stenhaga Fastigheter AB and is mainly concentrated in western Sweden, but in our ambition to grow, we both look for development potential as well as geographical location when we search for new property investments.

Swedish Modules AB and ArcaFlex AB are two independent companies, within industrial construction, that are both in an expansive phase.

Other holdings
Among other holdings, you will find one of Sweden’s largest youth sites (ungdomar.se), Undomar AB, with focus on young people’s wellbeing and health, a wind power company, TL Invest AB, an accounting firm, Stenhaga Consulting AB, and a company that provides customer and sales service for other companies, Profact AB (a subsidiary of Aptic AB).
